Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Osina. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and capable of entering a binding agreement. Keep your account and device secure, provide accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Health and AI disclaimer

Osina provides general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie, nutrient, activity, and AI meal estimates may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not use Osina for emergencies or as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a professional before making significant diet or exercise changes.

Free and paid features

Some features are free and some require Osina Pro. The current free plan includes a limited number of AI meal-photo scans. Feature availability may evolve, but changes do not override an active store subscription term.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, renew automatically unless canceled through that store before renewal, and are subject to the price and billing period shown before purchase. You can restore eligible purchases in Osina. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally keeps access active through the paid period. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Osina a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade limits, probe security, disrupt other users, reverse engineer protected portions, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use automated access except where we expressly permit it.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. You may stop using Osina or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will do so.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Osina is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from estimated health or nutrition information. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept it. Questions can be sent to thejuniorrepublicgroup@gmail.com.
